- one ball
- probably markers for the borders of the playing field
At least one large, empty wall must border the playing field.
Two or more groups compete each other. The ball is thrown into the game by the trainer. The ball is then passed from player to player of one group. While holding the ball, the players may not move. Touching other players is also prohibited (you may try and catch the ball thrown by the opposing team in the air, but you may not actually take it from another player).
A team scores one point if it can throw the ball towards the wall and catch it again before it touches the floor (so, they catch the "rebound").
After some time, the team with the highest score wins the game.
