Turning carpets is a group dynamics game and coordination game for groups of a number of people fitting right onto one carpet.

One team needs one carpet. There should be right enough space on the carpet for all group members to stand on.

The task is easy to explain, but hard to put into practice: All players position themselves on the carpet. Subsequently, they have to turn the carpet upside down without any team member touching the floor (the upper surface should then be reversed, facing the floor). Any further aids, such as stepping on other objects (chairs, tables, etc.), are also disallowed of course.
