Sitting soccer is a variation of soccer usually played indoors, on smaller playing fields. You need a clean floor where players can sit on.

Equipment

• soccer ball (or balloon)
• two "goals"

Procedure

Two teams compete each other. Depending on the size of the playing field, the teams should consist of 3 to 10 participants. The game is then played by the common soccer rules (ball may not be touched by the hands, kicked with the feet (or the head, if possible), and the goal is, well, to put the ball in the opponents goal. The only difference to "real" soccer is: the players are not standing, but sitting on the floor. They may crawl around on their hands and feet, but they may not stand up.

Instead of a ball you can also use a balloon (that may not be destroyed, of course).
