Number of players: at least 6, better more
Location: short racing track
Equipment: a few obstacles
Duration: arbitrary
Preparation: none

Bacteria race is a coordination game and active game. Usually, several groups (of at least 3 people) compete each other.

Equipment

The game can be played without any equipment, but is most fun if you provide a few obstacles.

Procedure

Each team (of 3 to 10 players) forms a bacteria. They stand in a circle, faces outwards, and link the arms with their neighbors.

Those bacteria then have to race along a prepared racing track, pass over the obstacles and finish the track as fastest bacteria. Of course, the bacteria may not break up (if it does, it has to restart its race). The first bacteria to finish the race has won, of course!
