Next signpost is a guessing game for longer rides on a car/bus, especially on freeways.
Equipment
You need pen and paper to play the game.
Procedure
While on the road, the players decide a target (probably the next major city) and guess, what how many miles/kilometers the next signpost will state the city is away. One of the players makes notes of all guesses on paper, and the player with the best guess earns a point. Then, the next guess is collected from all players.
