The bearing is an ice breaker game with elements of a trust building game or a group dynamics game.


You don't need any equipment.


The players are standing in two concentric circles (an inner and an outer circle). Each player from the outer circle has one player standing in front of him. In case of an odd number of players, one of the trainers participates in the game.

The trainer then presents a short task, that all pairs of players have to do. They should be solvable without moving away where they are standing. Tasks can be massages, telling a short story, introducing oneself, etc. When all pairs have fulfilled the task, the players of the outer circle move one one position, so each player has got a new partner. Then, another task is given out by the trainer...
