Names and qualities
Names and qualities is a game for group members already acquainted with each other. It may be played if there is some free time between projects, for instance short breaks. During every round, one player copes with only one of his/her group members. Therefore, the game may be extended to several hours or days.
The game is optimal for groups of 5 to 10 players. If there are more participants, it may become boring, and not every player can be equally dealt with. Often, also the group cohesiveness is consequently missing.
Every participant needs a pen and enough paper (about the size of a post card).
Every player chooses another one of the current group. The name of the chosen person is written down on a piece of paper. Next, characteristics of the chosen person or qualities one has noticed about the person lately have to be found. For each letter in the name one feature has to be found. Finally, this piece of paper is handed over "solemnly".
One group member is dealt with per round.
